He is deeply passionate about user experience and consistently strives for the best possible solutions...
He is deeply passionate about user experience and consistently strives for the best possible solutions. He brings a positive, constructive attitude to every discussion and is a great collaborator.
As a manager, he is both empathetic and direct - capable of handling difficult conversations with professionalism and care.
Christopher is someone I will truly miss working with.
He’s fun in collaboration as well. Always ready to build on ideas and push discussions further, even if it's not his ideas, which makes brainstorming sessions go deeper than usual.
What I appreciate most is his ability to look at things from different perspectives and evaluate them objectively. No ego, just simple focus on what works best.
On top of that, he’s simply great to have in a team. Easy to work with and a solid presence overall. It's a shame we couldn't work together more, but I know he'll make his mark wherever he goes.
His guidance through the company's tools and standards, along with his consistent willingness to help, made my start at Starbreeze smooth and my time there highly productive. Under Christopher's mentorship, I was able to improve significantly, and I attribute much of my professional growth to his support and expertise.
Chris is definitely a strong team player, a capable design manager, and a skilled UX designer. We went through some very intense periods with complex problems to solve, and we succeeded in most of them - while, as always, finding the right compromises when needed.
I can highly recommend Chris as a collaborative and thoughtful professional who truly cares about both the project and his colleagues.
He also has a wealth of experience when it comes to UI UX in PC and console games, and understands the product he’s working on at a very broad level (backend, marketing, etc). He always strives for improving the quality of the UI UX and is a great colleague to bounce ideas off.
Beyond his technical skills, he is simply a great colleague to have in the office. I can't recommend him enough!
He stands out with his drive to always improve the player experience by taking inspiration from good existing games with proven mechanics or taking advantage of his coworkers' experience. He does not hesitate to collect good examples from games to explain his ideas or make them in Figma.
I would highly recommend Christopher and any team would be lucky to have him.
He’s someone who brings a great energy to the team. Always positive, easy to talk to, and focused on moving things forward. He takes ownership of his work, learns quickly, and you can trust him to deliver.
His approach to fostering collaboration and teamwork is spot on, as he excels in building positive and productive relationships and creating a harmonious atmosphere. He is commendable for his continued engagement in learning and development, eagerly taking on new challenges.
He is always eager to share ideas that improve team projects and processes, and he consistently supports and encourages creative thinking among his teammates. Overall, Christopher is an asset to any organisation and team, I look forward to seeing his continued growth and positive impact on others.
He is very passionate in what he is doing and has an excellent attitude and a very helpful teammate who is always there when you need him. He is a key person who takes full ownership and brings greatness to the projects he works on!
